||This wine is made with the Pinot Noir grape in a village called Auxey-Duresses in Burgundy on a Monastic Estate. Usually it would sell as a Auxey-Duresses 2015 and command a high price tag based on that. This producer decided to release a small amount produced with no additives. As a consequence the wine is declassified from a Burgundy. Despite the drop in market value Moulin-Aux-Moins make this out of love for natural wine. Now that’s dedication to the cause!
